 The Siouxland Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner, held each fall, is one of the largest annual Chamber gatherings in the Midwest. This past year, over 1,200 Siouxland businesses and business professionals from the tri-state area attended.

The Siouxland Chamber boasts a distinguished list of guest speakers at the annual meeting, including Mary Matalin and James Carville, Tim Russert, Judge Robert Bork, John Stossel, William Bennett, George Stephanopoulos, Marcus Luttrell, Rob O’Neill and General H. Norman Schwarzkov, just to name a few. The keynote speaker at the 2024 Annual Event was singer/songwriter John Ondrasik from Five For Fighting.
Each year the Chamber recognizes the accomplishments of the past board members and introduces the incoming board. Another highlight of the evening is the presentation of the W. Edwards Deming Business Leadership and Entrepreneurial Excellence Award to a Siouxland businessperson in acknowledgment of outstanding contributions to the business community. The 2024 recipient of the award was Charese Yanney, Guarantee Roofing, Siding, and Insulation Co., LLC.

For more information on this event contact  The Siouxland Chamber of Commerce Key Leadership Welcome Dinner is an informal social gathering for key leaders new to the Siouxland area or those newly transitioned to a management position. By introducing new key leaders to each other and to the Siouxland business community we hope to create a network of resources for each attendee. The evening includes a social, dinner and a brief program where each leader is informally introduced to the Siouxland business community.
The Siouxland Chamber of Commerce Key Leadership Welcome Dinner is an informal social gathering for key leaders new to the Siouxland area or those newly transitioned to a management position. By introducing new key leaders to each other and to the Siouxland business community we hope to create a network of resources for each attendee. The evening includes a social, dinner and a brief program where each leader is informally introduced to the Siouxland business community. The Siouxland / Washington Conference and Steak Reception, held each Spring since 1954, is a unique opportunity to join with community leaders from the tri-state area to travel to Washington, DC and present regional issues of importance to our tri-state Congressional delegation. Conference attendees have the opportunity to discuss issues with each of the six Senators representing Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota, as well as the eight Representatives from the three states. The group also meets with representatives of key departments depending on the priority issues for that year. Past events have also included White House briefings by cabinet level executives.
