Mercy Medical Center - Sioux City is a tertiary care facility and has grown into a regional center that meets the needs of a 33 county area. It also partners with other community healthcare providers to sponsor a regional cancer center, paramedic services, a blood bank, a federally funded community health center, a physician-hospital organization, a freestanding surgery center, and a variety of other health services.
