In Siouxland, we get to enjoy ALL four seasons!!!

In the spring, you'll find us out walking along our scenic riverfront trails, planting beautiful gardens in our yards, participating in a "Day of Caring" for our local United Way, and finding whatever excuse we can to be outside enjoying the warmth and nature's rebirth.

Summer finds us boating, playing golf, swimming, bicycling, going to a game of baseball, taking our children to enjoy carnivals and fairs, going to weekly concerts at the Grandview Park Bandshell, or attending one of the area's many other outdoor festivals.

During the beautiful and colorful autumn months, we can faintly hear the area's high school bands practicing in the background while we take our kids to the pumpkin patch to pick out the perfect pumpkin for Halloween, go hiking in the scenic Loess Hills, or watch our favorite youth team play soccer while we chat with our friends and neighbors.

In the winter, we're building snowmen with our kids, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, sledding at one of our neighborhood parks, decorating our homes inside and out for the holidays, entertaining our friends, taking swing dance lessons and mastering our swing at an indoor driving range awaiting spring's imminent arrival.
