As you may know, Woodbury County, Iowa is the first county in the nation to provide a 100% rebate of all real property taxes for any farmer who converts existing croplands to meet the standards associated with organic farming practices. This tax program was designed to demonstrate our commitment to organic food production, but also to support farmers financially during their conversion to the production of organic crops. This policy also encourages producers to locate nearer their sources of raw materials eliminating aspects of skyrocketing transportation costs.

We have acquired prime greenfield and brownfield sites that are strategically located and shovel ready with all the necessary infrastructure already in place. We have generous capacity and economic pricing for all your electricity, gas and water needs. Economic development incentive packages are also available through our alliances with state and local governments.
