Northeast Community College

Northeast Community College (NECC) established an Education Center in South Sioux City, Nebraska in 2005.  NECC offers associate of arts and associate of applied science degrees as well as certificates and diplomas in certain areas.  The programs of study include business, nursing, criminal justice, behaviorial science, elementary education, administrative assistant - general or medical.  These programs were chosen for the South Sioux City Education Center in response to needs identified by the community.  In addition to the degree programs, NECC in South Sioux City provides customized training for the business and industry of Siouxland.  NECC is able to assist Nebraska business with accessing the Nebraska Advantage and job training dollars.
