Financial incentives are available for both Siouxland businesses planning to expand their operations or for companies locating an operation in Siouxland. Incentives are available from our states, local communities, and The Siouxland Initiative.

Most of these assistance programs are designed to provide "gap" financing for business expansion or relocation. These programs can help reduce the project-lending risk provided by your commercial lender, and, in some circumstances, the availability of economic development funds might make it possible to obtain commercial lending for the project.
