Travel Arrangements
Each conference attendee is responsible for their own travel arrangements. The Siouxland Chamber of Commerce has secured a Zone Fare (designator NMDJF) to allow you to work with your travel agent.

The largest group of attendees will be leaving Monday, April 21, at 1:05 p.m. on a Northwest Airlines flight to Minneapolis and then to Washington, DC Reagan National Airport.  Please book immediately as seats are limited.   There will be no ground transportation from the airport to the hotel.

Accommodations
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Washington Court Hotel for our group at a single rate of $330.91 (rate listed includes sales tax).  To make your reservation, call 800-321-3010 and state you are with the Siouxland Chamber of Commerce to receive our special rate. It is imperative that our conference attendees use these accommodations in order to fulfill the contract with the Washington Court Hotel.

Tuesday Evening
Join other Siouxland/Washington Conference attendees and enjoy a performance of “Shear Madness” at the Kennedy Center.   The $100.00 charge includes your ticket to the performance, transportation to and from the event and dinner.

Special Event
We are working with our congressional delegation to set-up a potential Pentagon tour on Thursday morning, April 24th following the conference.  Please let us know on the form below whether or not you would be interested in attending the tour.
