Goals

To improve connections within Siouxland; to lobby for transportation corridors needed in national and global economic development.

Activities

• Lobbied in Washington DC for I-29 corridor funding including airport exchange & airport slots at O'Hare
• Presented priority highway projects to Iowa Commissioners of Transportation
• Established tri-state transportation committee to prioritize regional needs
• Participate in studies on I-29 as a NAFTA corridor
