In August of 2006, Alorica Inc. revealed plans to hire up to 1,000 employees in the next two years at their facility in North Sioux City, South Dakota.  Alorica is a leading customer service management provider that supports the enitre customer lifecycle, from front-office customer interaction to back-office reverse logistics.  The company's contact center services offer an end-to-end solution for the entire customer service and support lifecycle.
